Our client is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Automotive Reception Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading automotive service centre group in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
If you have a strong background in automotive customer service operations, service reception, and team leadership within the UAE/GCC market, we would love to hear from you.
ð¹ Manage daily reception and customer service operations
ð¹ Lead and supervise reception and service advisor teams
ð¹ Coordinate service bookings and vehicle delivery processes
ð¹ Handle customer concerns and maintain high CSI scores
ð¹ Liaise with workshop, parts, and warranty departments
ð¹ Maintain CRM/DMS records and operational reporting
ð¹ Promote value-added services and customer retention initiatives
