This role is part of a high‑performing Corporate Development team responsible for shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy. You will lead strategic workstreams, support M&A transactions and drive cross‑functional initiatives that influence the long‑term direction of the organisation.

Description
In this role, you will contribute directly to the definition and execution of the corporate strategy. Key responsibilities include:
Leading high‑value strategic and business development workstreams with strong ownership and minimal oversight.Conducting detailed market, sector and competitor analysis and distilling insights into clear strategic recommendations.Building advanced financial models, valuations and Board‑level investment materials.Supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, market assessments and external stakeholder engagement.Designing and delivering cost optimisation and performance improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.Driving alignment across Finance, Operations, Commercial and other senior stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.Supporting performance tracking, strategic planning cycles and preparation of executive dashboards.Responding to ad‑hoc senior leadership requests with high‑quality, insight‑driven outputs under tight deadlines.Coaching and developing up to two analysts and acting as a role model for ownership, teamwork and collaboration.
Profile
A minimum of five years’ experience in M&A advisory, corporate development, private equity or investment bankingStrong financial modelling, valuation and corporate finance skills.Proven ability to manage cross‑functional workstreams and engage senior stakeholders effectively.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.A structured, organised approach and comfort operating in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related field.High standards of output quality, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
