Role Overview
As an Associate – Client Services, you will be the primary point of contact for our health insurance clients. You will play a critical role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth policy administration, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries related to health insurance policies.
- Support clients throughout the policy cycle – from onboarding to renewals and claims assistance.
- Liaise with insurance providers to secure quotations, clarify policy terms, and manage endorsements.
- Assist in preparing proposals, comparisons, and presentations for clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely processing of requests.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management team to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
