Job Description:
- Lead the formulation and development of new coil coating and paint products tailored to customer requirements and evolving market demands. Ensure innovation, performance, and alignment with regulatory and environmental standards.
- Continuously review and enhance existing formulations to improve product performance, reduce costs, and support sustainable manufacturing practices.
- Manage multiple R&D projects from initial concept through to commercialization, in close coordination with the R&D Manager.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior chemists and support their technical development and ensure effective execution of daily laboratory activities.
