Assistant Accountant – CHEM INNOVATION INDUSTRIES L.L.C-S.P.C
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support the finance function of our manufacturing and trading operations in the UAE. The role involves day-to-day accounting activities, inventory accounting support, VAT compliance assistance, and coordination with internal teams under the supervision of the Senior Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and post accounting entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and journals
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Assist in inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and production-related entries
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules
- Assist in UAE VAT compliance, including VAT returns, reconciliations, and documentation
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for accurate financial reporting
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant
