Job Summary
Al Mujassam Architects & Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Architectural Draftsman proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Dubai standards, preparing clear and accurate drawings, coordinating with different disciplines, and maintaining high drafting quality across all project stages.
This role supports our architectural and structural teams by producing reliable drawings and models that align with UAE regulations and internal company standards.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000
- Salary depends on experience, technical skills, and preferred skills.
- Annual Leave: As per UAE Labour Law

Interview Process
- Phone Interview – to confirm experience and technical background
- Technical Interview: on Zoom
- Technical Evaluation: AutoCAD and Revit Designs.
- Final Interview – in office. Will include evaluation of computer literacy and soft skills. And will review expectations, responsibilities, and company policies
