We are seeking a highly skilled Architect and Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and present architectural designs and interior concepts that align with client visions and project requirements.
2. Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather necessary information for design development.
3. Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using advanced design software.
4. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into your work.
7. Prepare project proposals and specifications, including cost estimates and timelines.
8. Oversee the implementation of designs on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
9. Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience in architectural design and interior design, preferably in the UAE market.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
5. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
6. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges effectively.
8. Attention to detail and a passion for quality in every aspect of design.
9. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.
10. Relevant degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, along with professional certification.
