Overview of the role

We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially driven Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join our Power & Industrial Products Division in Dubai. This role plays a critical part in driving service and parts revenue while strengthening relationships with key Oil & Gas and industrial customers.

You will be responsible for managing aftermarket sales, developing service proposals, and ensuring workshop utilization through strong pipeline generation and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with business development capabilities in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

 

What you will do

  • Drive service and spare parts revenue growth by managing customer accounts and expanding business opportunities
  • Develop technical proposals for overhaul solutions including winches and hoists
  • Identify and target new customers while re-engaging with inactive accounts to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including quotations, negotiations, and order fulfillment
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer requirements while maintaining strong service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key Oil & Gas and industrial customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to support business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workshop utilization and efficient service delivery
