Administrative Secretary – EXA capital DMCC
As an Executive Secretary at EXA Capital DMCC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of company operations. You will directly support senior leadership with a wide range of responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Registration & Compliance:
- Handle all documentation, submissions, and follow-ups for company formation, renewals, and related government procedures. Expert in Free Zone’s Portals Especially DMCC portal and Meydan Portal
- Banking Tasks:
- Liaise with local and international banks for account openings, document submissions, and ongoing corporate banking needs.
- Visa & PRO Work:
- Coordinate visa processing for employees, renewals, cancellations, and related immigration documentation with relevant government bodies.
- Vehicle Management:
- Take full responsibility for managing the registration, maintenance, insurance, and general logistics of the boss’s vehicle fleet.
- Customs & Trade Operations:
- Handle documentation and coordination with customs and related authorities for businesses like Filtrona and other import/export activities.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, file organization, office supplies, and general administrative functions.
