Role Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage financial transactions, support reporting processes, and ensure accuracy in accounting records. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Process and enter financial transactions with high accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements with general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.

Administrative & Communication

• Maintain an organized and efficient financial record-keeping system.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors.

Quality Control

• Verify the accuracy of financial reports and postings.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
