Accountant
- Assist in preparation of month end reporting
- Responsible for checking accuracy of all Cash/Bank postings in the accounting package and correcting errors in other postings
- Regular check of invoices to be paid and prepare weekly payment run suggestion
- Bank reconciliation including all bank charges
- Review on a regular basis the complete reconciliation of Account receivables and payables and make sure all overdues are fully reconciled and payments received against them
- Supporting external audits
- Supporting with bank relations
- Assist in handling internal controls/audits so that we are compliant at all times
- Track and compute VAT Liability and other tax /govt related tasks
- Copying, scanning and filing
