  • Using effectively the CRM systems to manage the functions of receiving, assessing, analysing, resolving and documenting customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with agreed requirements
  • Assist to make improvements and implement required changes
  • Immediately report problems/failures that may have an impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers
