- Answering enquiries or complaints about services such as profile updates, points and/or any general queries.
- Using effectively the CRM systems to manage the functions of receiving, assessing, analysing, resolving and documenting customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with agreed requirements
- Assist to make improvements and implement required changes
- Immediately report problems/failures that may have an impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers
