Contracts Manager – NBTC Group

The Contracts Manager in the oil and gas construction sector plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing contracts pre & post-award. This position is vital for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Contracts Manager will work closely with project managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of Pre & post-contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

4. Negotiate contract modifications and amendments as necessary to align with project requirements.
