Black & Grey HR is hiring for a renowned University in the UAE. Our client is hiring for a Content and Communication Specialist who will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive communication and fundraising strategies that support institutional advancement goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs, this role demands a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills and a strong background in integrated communications.
– Design and implement a cohesive, multi-channel communication strategy to engage donors and alumni.
– Ensure consistent, positive representation of the institution to external stakeholders across all communication channels.
– Collaborate closely with the strategic communication team to ensure alignment and amplify key messages.
– Actively participate in multimedia and live-streaming events related to fundraising and donor engagement.
– Coordinate with leadership, academic departments, and development teams to align communication strategies with fundraising goals.
– Conduct market research to support donor engagement and enhance campaign effectiveness.
– Analyze communication trends and provide recommendations to improve donor targeting and segmentation.
– Assist in preparing customized fundraising proposals and campaign materials.
– Support the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, ideally within an educational or non-profit environment.
– Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional written communication skills in both languages.
