Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot food items, including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
