Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and experienced Residential and Commercial Property Brokers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source, list, and market residential and commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market, trends, and regulations.
- Negotiate and close property transactions to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Ensure all property listings and transactions comply with RERA and other relevant laws.
- Conduct property viewings and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
