• Position Overview: The Group CEO will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure operational excellence, financial vitality, and a high-performance culture across all business units. The role demands a leader with a proven track record of managing diverse business operations, fostering innovation, and steering the company towards achieving its short-term and long-term objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision:

– Define and execute a strategic vision for the company that aligns with stakeholder expectations and market evolution.

– Lead and inspire the organization towards the achievement of the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

2. Operational Excellence:

– Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

– Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all business units to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. Financial Performance:

– Develop and implement robust financial strategies aimed at maximizing shareholder value.

– Oversee financial performance, investments, and risk management strategies to ensure the company’s financial health and growth.

4. Corporate Governance & Compliance:

– Establish and conduct Board meetings, ensuring effective governance structures and processes.

– Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across the conglomerate’s operations.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

– Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders including investors, customers, and government entities.

– Ensure internal stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

6. Innovation & Growth:

– Lead business development efforts, exploring new markets and opportunities for expansion.

– Champion innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and practices to maintain competitive advantage.

7. Talent Management & Organizational Culture:

– Build and maintain a high-performance management team. Guide talent development, succession planning, and cultivate a culture that reflects the company’s values.

– Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
