– Training and management of bar personnel.
– Quality control of drink preparation and guest service.
– Work with suppliers: ordering, accounting and inventory of goods.
– Development and updating of the cocktail menu.
– Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan.
– Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
