Associate Director – Finance (UAE National) – Black & Grey HR

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading FM company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Associate Director – Finance (UAE National) who will play a key role in driving the finance strategy and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement the finance department’s strategy in line with the company’s overall objectives.
– Provide financial expertise and guidance to leadership, ensuring business goals are met.
– Lead and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
– Define and optimize the department’s structure for effective resource utilization.
– Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.
– Manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.
– Maintain a comprehensive accounting system and optimize working capital.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and IFRS standards.
– Direct the integration and management of SAP Finance processes within the organization.
– Implement and improve departmental policies, systems, and procedures to meet industry standards.
– Provide timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred).
– 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the facilities management sector.
– UAE National
