Job Description:

  • Coordination with HR and the Medical Coordinator for Security Passes, Offshore Food Handlers Medical and follow-up actions.
  • Prepares timesheets by coordinating with department heads and supervisors to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Arrange with the client to obtain visa and when required to cover the operational needs when the vessels are operating in foreign waters
  • Will be using Business core system to record and manage staff-related data, such as resignations, terminations, leave, duty rosters, timesheets, and other requests. Tracks the status of requests and follows up to ensure timely approvals and closures
